Easter 2009

The kids spent the weekend with us. Saturday afternoon we colored the Easter eggs. Jacob looks very serious here. He is actually quite focused on what he is doing.


Allen is getting to the age where he likes to try new things like mix colors. Celestra is able to do this on her own now and she is going to figure out just how many eggs will fit in the glass at one time. Four was the record. Three was more comfortable.


Here Allen is trying his hand at striping an egg. He came up with some very interesting colors.


Celestra didn't need the spoons. She had no qualms about putting her little hands right in the cups to put eggs in and take eggs out. She was very colorful for the rest of the day.
