Stir Fry

Last night I made stir fry with the veggies from the Bountiful Basket. Doesn't this look pretty?


Cabbage, onions, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, celery and artichoke hearts sauteed in about a tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan. The celery and artichokes were from my fridge, but that's the way it is with stir fry, you can throw in anything you want. I chopped up some basil and chives from my garden, added salt and pepper and sesame seeds. It was yummy!

I see another basket in our future, so we are really getting our daily requirement of fruits and veggies this week!
