Love Letters

Last week I got this sweet note in the mail from Lizzy. She had tucked these photos in with the card she made. I had to cry a little because her thoughts were so tender. This was really hard to scrap! Trying to make the bold colors of her card fit into a layout was really a challenge. I am happy with the end result. She put cute stickers all over the outside of the envelope, so I cut it open and attached the card so it can be pulled back all the way.

Fabric flower that I made, rub-on from Val, thickers, SU border punch, trim and pp from SL kit, copy of my email response to Lizzy. I know it's kind of busy, but this one is really special to me - I hope she will think so too.

This paper was in the latest Scarlet Lime and I wanted to try something a little artsy. I don't usually do something so tedious as cutting around all the leaves and flowers but this was fun. What a mess! I had little bits of paper scraps every where! I put dimensionals under the cut edges to give it a shadow and I sewed on the strand of beads. Actually, everything here but the CS was in the SL kit. I love this picture. Lizzy is soaking wet from the rain even though I can see she has her umbrella. Must have been coming down sideways, LOL!

Thanks for looking!

How sweet!
You did an excellent job on the handmade flowers! BEAUTIFUL!
And I love the lower right corner of the second LO. I know it had to be time consuming, but well worth the effort! The beads add an elegant touch!

The note from Lizzy bought a tear to my eye. You're very lucky to have each other. I haven't visited in a while Tricia, but I've got to say what I have said before, what you are doing with Lizzy's pictures is truly amazing!
